COORADI will deliver primary health care services through 10 Maternal and Child Health Centers (MCHs). COORADI will be facilitating the provision of medicines, supplies and equipment to the health facilities through working together with the Ministry of Health (MOH) in each respective region to ensure standard provision of care and to build local capacity. COORADI will train and support healthcare staff and Community Health Workers (CHWs) at each MCH facility to diagnose and treat common illnesses, provide safe pre-natal and post-natal care, and support vaccination and other health services. COORADI will also promote local health, family planning counseling, safe-motherhood and safe-childhood initiatives through community sensitization.
CORADI will ensure that people with disabilities participate in the implementation of project activities by ensuring that they are represented in all community meetings. During project implementation, segregated focus group discussions will be held with the community to identify gender inequalities, discuss all the genders' needs, and understand the risks faced by people with disabilities in accessing health services. Activities will target to address these needs during program implementation. Access to children with disabilities and their caretakers and/or disabled pregnant and lactating women will be ensured and increased through outreach activities and behavioral change communication campaigns.
During routine and regular program monitoring and evaluation, COORADI staff will collect disaggregated data by disability, age and gender to monitor the impact of programs on vulnerable groups. COORADI, during both monthly and quarterly reviews and analysis of data, will seek to monitor the inclusiveness of programming by comparing achievements versus available population data
